About Us
OneCare Health-Advanced Practice & Wellness was established in December 2020 with the sole purpose of bridging the gap of quality medical services to those in need and/or financially unable to afford healthcare. We are bringing the traditional practice of medicine to a community that deserves healthcare providers only a few minutes away. We believe that a patient should not be viewed as a diagnosis or a number. We view and treat the person as a whole, regardless of their walk in life. The name One Care came about with the idea and purpose of having a one-stop shop where medicine, health, and wellness come together.
We believe in preventive/prophylactic care for our patients, as well as educating the patient on the importance of health and wellness. At OneCare Health- Advanced Practice Health & Wellness, you can see a provider whose treatments are evidence-based practices but not solely western medicine. Holistic treatments are incorporated into our evidence-based Western medicine practices. Our providers include nurse practitioners, physicians, and chiropractors, among other health care disciplines.
Our Mission
Our mission is to be a place that meets an individual’s urgent medical needs and a haven for the community to come and get educated on preventive health habits, which is one of our main focuses. We believe what sets us apart from the competition is our accessibility, convenience, and open-door policy. Our providers work around the clock to ensure that the patients we serve are always able to reach us and get medical attention right away. We have a very diverse team that speaks various languages as well.
